Your role includes building relationships with local leaders and organizations, collaborating with community health workers to understand needs and marketing effectiveness, and driving recruitment, training, and management of your staff. You'll also analyze financial, business, and service data to plan and implement performance improvements for long-term success.

Access Afya covers the costs of setting up the physical clinic space, training, and initial asset procurement, allowing the franchisee to set up their business with significantly lower up-front capital requirements. From the moment of contract signing, clinic setup typically takes between 30 and 60 days. Franchisees undergo two weeks of intensive training prior to launch, followed by continuous on-the-job support and ongoing professional development.

Franchisees benefit from national advertising campaigns run by Access Afya, supported by a dedicated patient engagement team. To drive local visibility, franchisees receive a Self-Marketing Toolkit, complete with professional materials, including a website, print ads, videos, and an image library. We also provide analytics to track and optimize marketing performance.

We provide 65 hours of pre-launch training and 74 hours of hands-on training for you and your clinic team to ensure you're fully prepared. Our proactive support includes clinical protocols, strategic partnerships, and access to free or discounted supplies during unexpected events, such as COVID-19. You'll also benefit from virtual and in-person peer support meetings, along with bi-monthly Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions covering a wide range of topics.
